Founder & Chairman, AGRIVIDYA FOUNDATION
Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Mittal, a retired Professor of Business Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, brings with him an illustrious career of over 44 years in academia and research. Throughout his journey, he has mentored thousands of students, guided scholars, and contributed extensively to the field of management education
After a distinguished teaching career, Prof. Mittal has dedicated himself to nation-building through agricultural education. With a vision to empower farmers and rural youth, he established the AGRIVIDYA FOUNDATION, a not-for-profit initiative focused on bridging the gap between traditional farming practices and modern agri-innovations.
Through this foundation, he aspires to:
- Provide training and education to farmers across India
- Promote sustainable farming methods, including greenhouse cultivation, hydroponics, vertical farming, and agri-voltaics
- Enable rural youth to adopt AI and digital technologies in agriculture.
